This product is inspired by the 'miracle pine tree' that was the only tree left standing in Takata Matsubara in Rikuzentakata, where 70,000 pine trees were washed away. It is a proud confectionery that uses wheat from Iwate, butter from Koiwai Farm, and fertilized eggs from the coast, all sourced from Iwate Prefecture (inland and coastal ingredients). Whole (height 12cm) 3600 yen, Half (height 6cm) 1800 yen, One layer (height 4cm) 1200 yen, Slice 250 yen.

Kesen Yubeshi is a unique snack from Rikuzentakata, Iwate, known for its long and slender shape. Originally made from rice flour and sugar, flavored with cinnamon (Nikki) and pepper. At our shop, we use rice from Tohoku and domestically sourced sugar to create a chewy texture. Available in four flavors: Nikki, shiso, sesame, and yomogi (large) for 550 yen each, or small for 300 yen each.
Gangetsu is also a famous confectionery from Rikuzentakata. It uses wheat flour from the southern part of Iwate near Morioka, specifically from Shibata-cho, known for its chewy texture. The sugar used is also domestically produced (from Hokkaido). The soy sauce flavor uses soy sauce brewed in Rikuzentakata. Soy sauce/salt (2 types) (large) each 600 yen / (small) each 350 yen.
