The fluffy and tender eel is lined up in a bento box, and just looking at it lifts my spirits. From the first bite, the balance of the savory sauce and fat is excellent, and I felt a light yet deep richness. The rice grains are well-separated, and when eaten with the eel, they come together perfectly in my mouth. The service was surprisingly fast, and I hardly noticed the wait time. The simple interior of the restaurant is free of clutter, and the staff's response was pleasantly friendly, making it a comfortable place to be. Additionally, I enjoyed a large serving of rice and Japanese sweets as part of a campaign, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
