A restaurant with flavorful soba and a delightful dining experience

Rugusa is a popular spot where you can enjoy the refined flavors of soba. The duck zarusoba and zarutanuki, in particular, captivate many with their unique textures and deep flavors. The crispy texture of the tempura and the sweet, crunchy sakura shrimp are also exceptional. With a wide variety of side dishes, each offering a heartwarming taste, there are new discoveries to be made with every visit.

The atmosphere is calm and reminiscent of an old traditional house, and it's a bit fun to take off your shoes and change into slippers. The parking lot is spacious, so you can go there with peace of mind by car. The menu is clear and easy to read, making it exciting to choose. The cold soba with sakura shrimp has a wonderful aroma, and the crispy texture is irresistible. It pairs well with the sweet dipping sauce, and the duck dipping sauce is full of flavor, enhancing the sweetness of the grilled green onions. The thick soba broth is comforting, and you can enjoy the delicious rice with vegetables and small side dishes.
