This is a shop located within the grounds of Nishikaikyo Park. The menu has recommended items marked, making it easy to choose even for first-timers. The champon is loaded with ingredients, including plenty of vegetables, pork, and seafood, which is very satisfying. The rich tonkotsu-based soup seeps into the noodles, and the fragrant stir-frying is irresistible. The thick noodles in the sara udon stay warm until the end, and the noodles soaked in the soup pair well with the crunchy vegetables. The seafood rice bowl and fish soup are also very delicious, and taking a walk across Nishikaikyo after the meal lifts your spirits.
