Upon entering the restaurant, the cheerful greeting from the staff is pleasant and instantly lifts my spirits. The roast is rich with melting fat and flavor, making me smile involuntarily. The salad, generously dressed with sesame dressing, stands out with its crispness and serves as a nice palate cleanser. The horse sashimi has no unpleasant odor and its softness is impressive as it melts in the mouth. The fluffy cheese chijimi has a lightness similar to pancakes, and it has become a new favorite. It's easy to understand why there are so many regulars; the cozy atmosphere left me feeling warm-hearted by the time I left.
