You can see the cooking process from the counter right as you enter, and it’s exciting to witness the skillfulness. The combination of fluffy Gorgonzola mousse and focaccia is aromatic and light. The assortment of appetizers is visually stunning, allowing you to enjoy a balanced mix of fruits, ham, and pickles. The vegetable dish is perfectly cooked, with garlic-infused cabbage and fragrant broccoli that leaves a lasting impression. The pasta has just the right amount of salt, and it doesn’t feel heavy even with the cream, allowing the accents to be clearly felt. The small interior has a calm atmosphere, and the background music of Western songs is pleasant, making you want to take your time enjoying a drink.
