This luxurious dish uses half of the locally sourced 'Nanso Satomi Eel' from Chiba Prefecture and half of the famous 'Japanese Eel' from Inba and Narita. As shown in the picture, the eel on top is 'Nanso Satomi Eel' and the one below is 'Japanese Eel'. Please take this opportunity to compare the two types of eel.

A luxurious set featuring thick soba noodles with a mini eel rice bowl! The mini eel rice bowl uses Japanese eel. You can choose the thick soba noodles to be served hot or cold. (Changes to the eel in the mini eel rice bowl and large servings of rice are not available)
[Our restaurant's new specialty!] By chilling it in ice water, the chewy texture of the thick soba is enhanced! We have recreated traditional thick soba using coarse-ground Hokkaido buckwheat flour. Since the thick soba is boiled from fresh noodles, it will take a little time to serve.
