There are many regulars and families, and the staff's service is kind, creating a comfortable environment. The meat and vegetable tanmen has crisp vegetables, and the light yet satisfying flavor comes from the chicken broth and pork. It's delightful to choose the thickness of the noodles, and the thick noodles pair excellently with the soup. The chilled Chinese noodles are also visually appealing, and the sweet and sour sauce clings to the noodles, making it delicious until the very last bite.
