This is a takeout sushi shop located in the basement of a department store. There are hand rolls, nigiri, inari, and more, making it fun to choose. The sesame inari is fragrant, and the sweet fried tofu pairs well with the rice mixed with black and white sesame seeds. I also found fluffy datemaki sushi, which has a satisfying blend of flavors from the omelet, sakura denbu, and simmered shiitake mushrooms. The shrimp nigiri has a smooth texture, and I quickly finished it at home. It adds a bit of elegance to the dining table when brought home, making it perfect for light snacking during dinner.
