This is a small shop centered around a counter, marked by a red lantern glowing in the alley. The signature dish, Akashiyaki, has a light texture and a wonderful dashi aroma that makes you want to reach for more. There are two types available: the regular and one with extra eggs, allowing for different ways to enjoy it. The oden is infused with the umami of the broth, with ingredients like daikon radish, beef tendon, and yuba, showcasing careful preparation. The octopus rice is satisfying on its own, but it's also great to add dashi soy sauce or the dashi from the Akashiyaki to enjoy it like ochazuke. The couple's hospitality is easy to talk to, making it comfortable to spend time alone, and they also offer a variety of side dishes and ramen.
