Using seasonal Shine Muscat grapes, we have created a prosciutto daifuku that can be enjoyed as a snack. The daifuku dough is made with fresh cream and ricotta cheese, and wrapped in prosciutto. The moderate acidity of the Shine Muscat grapes pairs well with the daifuku dough and prosciutto.
This is not just any mozzarella. Enjoy creamy mozzarella paired with seasonal melon.
The pork shoulder roast, marinated for a day, is cooked at a low temperature to achieve tenderness. Enjoy it with a maple soy sauce, balsamic nuts, and roasted prunes.
