When you go down to the basement, you feel relieved in a bright and clean space. They grill fish in front of the counter, and the savory aroma is exciting. The hokke, in particular, is plump and flavorful, making me very satisfied. The style of placing freshly fried tempura on the grill in front of you is also enjoyable, and it's crispy and delicious. The attention to detail is evident from the appetizers, and the sashimi, soy sauce-marinated red shrimp, and fried pufferfish each leave a memorable taste. The friendly staff makes it a comfortable place, and the shochu goes down easily.
