Our Long cut Rooibos is made from fermented leaves, dried in the sun. During the process its colour changes from green to a deep red/brown mahogany. The dry leaves have an appetising honey aroma. Rooibos is also known as Bush Tea and is a staple across much of South Africa.
Peppermint tea is a naturally caffeine free infusion made from the leaves of the peppermint plant (Mentha piperata). Our peppermint is cut leaf and makes a very refreshing brew.
Speyside whisky is typically sweet, with an abundance of rich honey, fruity and spicy notes. Our Speyside whisky tea is made with a 16 year old single malt and is abundant with Speyside’s fruity character and smooth sweetness.
Islay is well known for its fiery, smoky, peaty whiskies echoed in this more flavoursome infusion. The single malt we use in our Islay whisky tea has a sweet, medicinal smokiness with a hint of citrus and lemon.
Traditionally Chamomile has been drunk to de-stress and relax. When infused, the resulting drink is mild and sweet with a honey-like flavour. Chamomile is naturally caffeine free so can be drunk at any time of the day.
