The sauce is well seasoned. The meats are fresh and not too thinly cut, which makes them twice as tasty. The price is very reasonable! However, the cold noodle dish is expensive.... I wish they would make it a normal portion for that price. I am sorry that the shiso rice balls were not good enough. The kimchi was well seasoned and very tasty except for the meat.
