The freshness of the fish is high, and every dish is truly delicious. The presentation is elegant, and it is enjoyable to look at as well. There is a counter with close proximity, making it comfortable to spend time alone. I appreciate being able to choose from seasonal seafood and have it prepared to my liking. The fugu sashimi and shirako dishes have a gentle flavor and a light aftertaste. The calm atmosphere of this long-established restaurant and the attentive service make it very comfortable.
