I made a reservation at Daikoku-so for guests from Miyazaki. It's a long-established fugu restaurant that I've known for a long time. Since it was a special occasion, I also enjoyed the shirako, both grilled and blanched, and the fugu hot pot followed by zosui filled me with gratitude.
