First, the classic!! When it comes to Hanakushi-an's oden, the large size of the Yokozuna-level 'Daikon' is astonishing! Only the freshest, thick, and large ones are carefully selected. To provide only the truly delicious parts of high-quality daikon, the skin is luxuriously peeled thickly, and only 1 to 3 pieces are made. The three oden pots, each with subtly different flavors, are rotated over about 2 to 3 days. With skilled control of the heat, the secret oden broth is thoroughly infused. The large daikon is soft all the way to the core, and the flavor of the broth seeps in deeply, making it a popular menu item that you will definitely want to eat again.
