The restaurant is located right along the street from the west exit of Kamata Station, and the calm atmosphere in the basement is nice. The tables are spacious, allowing for a relaxed time. The signature water dumplings have a thicker skin and a chewy texture, and the mildly spicy sauce pairs well with them. The rice is delicious and complements the flavors of dishes like mapo tofu and sweet and sour pork perfectly. The chicken dish, loaded with chili, has a fragrant peppercorn aroma, and the numbing spiciness is irresistible. I was satisfied with the cold dishes like century egg and dried tofu, stir-fried pea shoots, and the refreshing jelly for dessert.
