Hakuba pork and Shinshu salmon will be served "wood plank style", cooked on a cedar plank. The cedar plank is soaked in Hakuba's local sake in advance, which is Lepoze's style. The aroma of the cedar and sake is transferred to the food, making it exquisite. The full BBQ course also includes appetizers, Shinshu Premier Beef, Shinshu Shirakaba Beef, and dessert. A wide selection of beverages is also available, including craft beer and wine. Please enjoy our special BBQ on the terrace when the weather is fine, or in the BBQ room during inclement weather. We can also provide transportation within the village.
