A creamy tonkotsu ramen with a slightly thick noodle. Toppings include chashu, green onions, and bamboo shoots. The soup has a smooth texture and is not too thick. The flavor is rich but finishes with a clean taste. Extra-large size not available, so extra noodles are a must.
Tonkotsu ramen with fried garlic (about 5mm pieces) added. Everything else is the same. It may not seem like a big difference, but if you're going to order anyway, we recommend this one. Especially, it doesn't smell like garlic.
Since there is no option for a larger portion, you can order extra noodles. It is recommended to order when there is still some noodles left in the bowl as there is preparation time for boiling. If you eat quickly, it is best to order when you have eaten about half. (This is to finish before the soup gets cold). Additionally, when you order, they will add a little green onion and a bit of soup (broth).
A topping that looks like it has little moisture, but melts in your mouth. It is not overly rich. Comes with about 3 slices of chashu, and an additional piece of the end part that can only be eaten if you do not top it with chashu. Definitely worth ordering at least once. Highly recommended.
A topping that is generously piled on top, each piece is cut large. It has a mild spiciness and tastes delicious. However, because it is served cold, the temperature of the soup tends to drop easily.
A topping. They pile it on generously, almost to the point of excess. It's not overly spicy, but it gradually builds up a tingling sensation as you eat. Like takana, it tends to cool down quickly, which can be a downside as it lowers the temperature of the soup. But it's delicious.
A topping. They pile it on in a large portion that seems almost excessive. Each piece is quite large, and unlike typical menma, the surface is slippery (probably due to the seasoning sauce). Despite being lightly seasoned, it has a good flavor and is very delicious.
A topping placed on the counter. Therefore, it is free. It is quite spicy, so be careful not to put too much. However, it is finished with a deep flavor, so the more you put in, the more delicious it is, which is the attractive point.
This is a topping. It is placed on the counter, so it is free. This is just a regular red pickled ginger. Let's add it to suit your taste.
