This white wine from Italy's Abruzzo region has been cultivated organically by a cooperative for over 30 years. Since 2005, it has been made primarily from Malvasia grapes using biodynamic farming methods, fermented in stainless steel for 30 days and aged for 3 months. Its pale yellow appearance reveals aromatic notes of green apple, peach, geranium, and floral nectar. While it is clear, it offers a rich volume with a blend of ripe fruit and elegant acidity, enhanced by a presence of minerals. Biodynamic farming, also known as biodyne farming, refers to a method that avoids all chemically synthesized fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides, and uses special preparations made from natural substances in accordance with celestial movements to draw out the natural potential of the land.

Fresh fruits with pulp are carefully cut and soaked with sugar for 1 to 2 weeks, mixing daily. When small bubbles start to appear, fermentation is complete! Fruit enzyme refers to syrup made by fermenting fruits with sugar (white sugar) and then straining it. The sucrose in white sugar is broken down into glucose and fructose during the fermentation process.
