The liver, rich in fat, has less of a bloody smell than usual and is characterized by a creamy texture. Once you try it, you'll be hooked for sure! It pairs perfectly with sake.
When you think of Hiroshima, you definitely think of oysters. We offer a variety of dishes that let you enjoy Hiroshima, including grilled oysters with spinach, grilled oysters with mushrooms, and a refreshing menu featuring oysters and king oyster mushrooms.
We want to provide truly delicious food. With that in mind, we use a generous amount of sea urchin from Hokkaido, close to cost price. ◆ How to eat: First, mix it with the horens spinach as is. Next, add a drop of Kawanaka soy sauce. The flavor becomes more refined and pairs well with alcohol. *Limited quantity available.
