A hidden gem specializing in aged meat teppanyaki
HISUI201 is a hidden specialty restaurant for aged meat, located about a 3-minute walk from Keihan Hirakata Station in a back alley. It features counter seats where you can enjoy watching the chef at work, as well as table seating in a calm atmosphere. Dishes are prepared with impressive techniques unique to teppanyaki, focusing on black wagyu beef and fresh seafood from Ise. You can savor ultimate, flavorful dishes in a space that is both homey and luxurious.

Please enjoy our unique aged meat. Specialist's "Jade Course" <Reservation required> The number of items can be reduced and the quality of the dishes can be improved!
This course is the best way to get to know HISUI201's aged meats. Enjoy our chef's special ingredients, such as dry-aged beef, prepared and served in a way that is unique to our restaurant. Since the volume is on the larger side, it is possible to reduce the number of items and improve the quality of the dish. We prepare a special course just for that day with seasonal ingredients. We also recommend this course for occasions such as anniversary dates when you want to dine at a leisurely pace. Estimated course serving time is 2 to 2.5 hours. During lunch time, the course can be prepared with reservations made up to one day in advance. Dessert can be prepared as an anniversary plate with a message. Please consult with us in advance.
