In the quiet atmosphere by the riverside, you can relax while listening to the murmuring stream. Upon arrival, you are guided immediately, and you can unwind in a traditional tatami room. During the waiting time, you can observe the fishing weir, and it is very enjoyable to see the swimming sweetfish and the grilling process. The salt-grilled fish has a wonderful aroma, and the flesh is tender and has a pure taste. The dengaku (grilled tofu with miso) and vinegared dishes, as well as the freshly fried items, each have their own unique characteristics, and you can easily eat them down to the bones, with the slight bitterness of the liver providing a nice accent. The sashimi has a firm texture and is light, and the staff are friendly, making for a pleasant time.
