A full course meal featuring the finest ingredients
This summer, the hotel's top-floor restaurant, Bumeur, presents a special dinner. The panoramic view is accompanied by a realistic teppanyaki dinner using carefully selected seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. The star of the show is a live lobster, Hokkaido salted sea urchins, which are at their best in summer, seasonal live Ezo abalones, and carefully selected Hokkaido black Japanese beef. The bounty of the sea and the earth is cooked to perfection to bring out the best flavor at the perfect moment and served in front of your eyes. The aroma rising from the teppan, the texture and flavor of freshly cooked food. This is a memorable dinner experience that does not end with mere "deliciousness. We offer a luxurious time suitable for anniversaries and important trips for couples and couples.
This course allows you to enjoy seafood from Hokkaido.

Enjoy sirloin and fillet of Shiraoi Town Black Wagyu Beef cooked on a teppanyaki grill. If you come with two or more people, you can also order to share half sirloin and half fillet. It's good meat, so while it has marbling, the lean meat is also firm and delicious.
