住宅街の奥にある隠れ家的なカフェで、周りの田んぼや緑に癒やされます。外にはテラスや巣箱があって、田舎ならではの雰囲気を楽しめます。中はテーブル席とカウンターがあり、落ち着いた空気で居心地がいいです。こはモコはふわとろの卵とやわらかなハンバーグが相性抜群で、とてもおいしいです。元祖のとくしまバーガーは阿波牛と阿波ポークのパティに照り焼きソースとわさびマヨ、鳴門レンコンが合わさって、食感も味も楽しいです。店主さんが一人で切り盛りしているので提供まで少し待ちますが、その時間も含めて穏やかなひとときを楽しめます。

Original Tokushima Burger (with Salad)

The original Tokushima burger, a local gourmet dish of Tokushima! It features Naruto-grown lotus root simmered in homemade teriyaki sauce. With a 160g hamburger patty, it is a hearty meal! This burger has been featured on TV programs outside of Tokushima, such as tvk's 'sakusaku,' TBS's 'Hanamaru Market,' OHK's 'Ohenro,' and HTB's 'Onigiri Atatamemasuka.' Please note that the hamburger patty is pan-fried on both sides and then baked in the oven for 15 minutes. It takes at least 20 minutes to cook. Thank you for your understanding.
