코하쿠노텐시

The original Tokushima burger, a local gourmet dish of Tokushima! It features Naruto-grown lotus root simmered in homemade teriyaki sauce. With a 160g hamburger patty, it is a hearty meal! This burger has been featured on TV programs outside of Tokushima, such as tvk's 'sakusaku,' TBS's 'Hanamaru Market,' OHK's 'Ohenro,' and HTB's 'Onigiri Atatamemasuka.' Please note that the hamburger patty is pan-fried on both sides and then baked in the oven for 15 minutes. It takes at least 20 minutes to cook. Thank you for your understanding.
