The bottled water that comes out first and the generous salad are delightful, and the dressing enhances the flavor of the vegetables. The Neapolitan pasta is cooked just right, and the richness of the ketchup and the moist texture pair well with the spicy chorizo. The fried egg has a runny yolk, which is a nice touch. The baked rice with oysters and mushrooms is steaming hot, and each bite offers a change in flavor and aroma that is enjoyable. The baked Camembert is also served on French bread, and all the dishes are served efficiently.
