Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a calm atmosphere and warm hospitality from the staff. The fluffy rolled omelet falls apart when lifted with chopsticks, and a touch of soy sauce enhances its aroma. The grilled skewers served with homemade spicy miso are irresistible, with the savory flavor of the meat and just the right amount of salt. The warm tororo soba has a smooth texture and a gentle taste that seeps into your body. The sashimi platter is beautifully presented and surprisingly fresh, as if it were not from a mountainous area. Although the menu is simple, each dish is carefully prepared, making it hard not to want to order a variety of items.
