The Japanese restaurant located inside Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch has a calm atmosphere. The seasonal seafood is fresh, and the sashimi of horse mackerel was rich in flavor. The broth of Goto udon is gentle and goes down smoothly. The kaiseki menu is abundant in variety, and the dishes featuring sweetfish and fugu left a lasting impression. The rice, miso soup, pickles, and matcha ice cream are all carefully prepared, providing a sense of satisfaction. The staff's attentiveness is thorough, and the pleasant service allows for a comfortable experience.
