Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch will celebrate its 30th anniversary on April 26. As a token of our gratitude, we have prepared a dinner to commemorate our 30th anniversary.
The "Colored Small Kaiseki" has been newly added to the regular Kaiseki menu since December 20 last year. We hope you will enjoy it.
The Nagasaki Kaidō, along which sugar and Nanban confectionery culture spread from Nagasaki to various regions during the Edo period, is known as the “Sugar Road.” Through tableware, sweets, and savory dishes that evoke a traditional Japanese atmosphere, please enjoy the historical background and Nagasaki’s unique blend of Japanese and Western culinary cultures.
