This course allows you to enjoy carefully selected Japanese black beef in shabu-shabu. We offer a total of 7 dishes including sashimi using fresh fish of the day, "Tempura" and "Chawanmushi" using seasonal ingredients. This luxurious course is rich in variety and volume. It is ideal for business occasions such as entertaining important people or for celebratory banquets such as a betrothal gift.
The main course is "Kuroge Wagyu Shabu" using Japanese black beef, which is characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth meat quality. The "Three Kinds of Sashimi" and "Chawanmushi" using the day's freshest fish are served on the side. This course, which allows you to enjoy luxurious authentic Japanese cuisine, is also suitable for company drinking parties, launches, and various other banquets.
