20 migliori ristoranti Japanese Hot Pot per raccomandazione a Osaka
Che cosa è Osaka?: Osaka is a dynamic gateway in Japan where everyday flavors and artisanal techniques coexist. The city is often associated with the playful spirit of kuidaore, and that convivial mindset shapes a dining scene that encourages grazing through neighborhoods, from sizzling takoyaki stands and hearty okonomiyaki counters to crisp kushikatsu, dashi-forward udon, and refined kaiseki-inspired plates. Market arcades and waterfront districts invite seafood-focused menus, while cozy izakaya alleys, noodle shops, and sweets artisans reflect a love of approachable, seasonal tastes. Pressed sushi traditions and a fondness for rich yet balanced broths hint at Kansai’s palate. As a historic merchant center tied to trade and entertainment, Osaka nurtured quick, flavorful cooking and a culture of lively hospitality that continues to influence its tables today. Visitors may find that both classic comfort dishes and globally inspired kitchens share the same emphasis on warmth, rhythm, and the joy of eating together.
Che cosa è Japanese Hot Pot?: Japanese Hot Pot invites diners to gather around a simmering pot and cook ingredients at the table, creating a relaxed, interactive meal. Clear kombu stock, soy-based broths, and miso blends are commonly offered, each shaping the flavor of meats, seafood, tofu, mushrooms, and seasonal vegetables. Styles vary widely: shabu-shabu highlights quick swishing of thinly sliced beef with citrusy ponzu or nutty sesame sauce; sukiyaki features a gently sweet soy base; yosenabe brings a mix of hearty additions; chanko-nabe evokes the comfort of generous portions; and motsunabe showcases savory offal with garlic and chives. Many places present curated platters and à la carte selections, allowing guests to pace the meal and adjust the pot as they go. Toward the end, noodles or rice are often added for a satisfying finish known as shime. Rising steam, the sound of a gentle simmer, and shared timing create a dining experience that feels both warm and engaging.

Noda] Nabe Revolution. Warm yourself from the inside out with spicy and healthy grass nabe - "Kusa-nabe Enya
What is Kusa-nabe? Many people may wonder, "What is Kusa-nabe? The restaurant, which has many branches in Osaka Prefecture, including Tenjinbashi and Noda, was established 17.8 years ago, centering on the original restaurant in Sakai. The owner of the original restaurant, who says he loves green vegetables, arrived at the current flavor after repeated trial and error. I have visited the restaurant several times and have found it to be a truly addictive new flavor experience.
Basic Information
Kusanabe Enya
About a 2-minute walk from JR Noda Station
Budget:¥2,000~¥3,000
Vacation: Open irregularly. Open hours:17:00-23:00
Appearance
Located within walking distance from JR Noda, Hanshin Noda, and JR Ebie Stations. There are few stores in the vicinity, and the restaurant is tucked away in a dimly lit area, giving it a hidden-away atmosphere that would be difficult to find without word of mouth.
Interior view
The restaurant has 12 counter seats and two tatami rooms (for up to 10 people). There is no sense of being overdressed; it is a space where one can naturally feel at home.
Dishes
Kusa-nabe (grass hot pot) 2,200 yen per person
I had seen this dish in a photograph, but the actual dish had a huge impact on me. Spinach, qinggengcai, lettuce, and more. The dish starts with a heaping heap of vegetables, which are then thrown into the pot. When the water boils and the vegetables begin to wilt, it's a go sign. The spicy, salty broth had an indescribable flavor, and I wanted to know how it was seasoned, but was told, "It's a trade secret! I was told. I could confirm the yuzu pepper and white sesame seeds, but could not find out the rest. It was my first experience with this flavor, and I was very curious. I was worried that I would get bored with this amount of food. But my fears were unfounded. No matter how much you eat, you will never get tired of it; in fact, it will become addictive and you will get addicted to it. It is also delicious with sesame and yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper) added to your liking.
Three kinds of meat
Beef, pork, and chicken are served in the same pot.
The meat is cooked like shabu-shabu in a pot infused with the flavor of vegetables (the chicken is cooked slowly) and served with a dipping sauce containing a raw egg. It tastes like mizutaki ✖︎ sukiyaki. It is an unforgettable dish that offers a new gastronomic experience, even though the meat is not of the highest quality.
Butter Ramen for Shime
Butter is added to the dashi broth. The spicy and sweet flavors intertwine perfectly, making this dish delicious as well. The total amount of vegetables, meat, and ramen is only about 1,250 Kcal per serving, which is surprisingly healthy. It is a magical dish that fulfills the extravagant wish of "I want to eat until the end of the night, but I don't want to gain weight...".
Ingredients
The restaurant uses an abundance of vegetables such as potherb mustard, komatsuna, daikon radish leaves, and white leaves. The menu may change depending on the season, but the restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetables throughout the year. The restaurant also offers a mail-order service, and the "Kusa-nabe Set" containing vegetables, meat, soup, etc. can be purchased online. The restaurant is now open to the public, and is a great place to enjoy a meal in the comfort of your own home. ⇨http://gansoenya.com/tuhan.html
Budget
9,071 yen (per 3 people)
The price of ¥2,200 per person, including noodles, is astonishingly low; even for one person, it's a lot of food that you'd have to be a very big eater to eat. 1.5 servings for 3 people is enough to fill you up. The total price for the three of us, including alcohol, was ¥9,071, and when the master saw our astonishment at the low price, she said, "It's charity! (laugh). (Laughs)." We were too satisfied with this price for this quality of food.
Impressions
The taste and price are revolutionary, and for ¥3,000 per person, you can enjoy a full meal of excellent nabe. Many people think of nabe dishes such as motsunabe and mizutaki, but Kusanabe is a unique nabe restaurant in Osaka. The at-home atmosphere and the warm space created by the cheerful female master will make you want to go back again. The taste is good, the cost is good, and the atmosphere is good. We hope you will visit Kusanabe.

Anyway, it is delicious. When my body is tired, I like to have a tender tasting Kusanabe (vegetable hot pot). It is worth going all the way to eat! I'd rather eat than drink.
The staff at the restaurant was very nice.
It's conveniently located just a short walk from the station, so you won't get lost. As you pass through the entrance, you're greeted by the fresh scent of wood, and it feels comforting in this Japanese-style space. The sunken kotatsu counter is easy on the legs, and the comfortable distance from the neighboring seats adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The chicken broth deepens in flavor with each stage, making it exciting to enjoy until the very end. The fluffy dashimaki (rolled omelette) and tsukune (chicken meatballs) are particularly impressive, so delicious that you'll want to order more. The staff's attentive care is also pleasant, and I was completely satisfied with the course, including the final zosui (rice soup).
