The toppings are authentic, well-sized, and harmonize well with the rice. It is generally served without wasabi, so even those who dislike it can enjoy it with peace of mind. You can choose and order only your favorite toppings, and options like engawa, uni, and anago are available, which is satisfying. They prepare it for you in-store, so it's nice to be able to casually take sushi home.
