The interior features a counter and sunken kotatsu seating, creating a cozy and calm atmosphere. The first appetizer served was fresh ham and salad, which were refreshing and immediately whetted my appetite. The grilled chicken skewers made from Awaodori chicken were enjoyed with salt, allowing the rich flavor of the free-range chicken to shine through. The low-temperature cooked liver and grilled thigh meat were also tender and fragrant, making me want to drink more. The simmered dishes and lotus root tempura had a homely taste that was comforting. The service was friendly, and the quiet location contributed to a wonderful place to spend time leisurely.
