This product is made from 100% carefully selected barley and natural water, distilled using a vacuum distillation machine, resulting in a rich aroma and a smooth texture.

Without compromising the original flavor of the wheat, the aroma is sharp. You can feel the toasted scent of wheat in the base aroma. This is a carefully crafted wheat shochu that shines with the richness of wheat in its refreshing taste.

Carefully aged for 10 years in sherry casks, selected from Imohara sake. It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of vanilla, along with a nutty toastiness and a fruity atmosphere.

Kurokirishima is a flavor recreated with the latest equipment and our unique brewing method, using black koji from the time of our establishment. The deliciousness brewed by black koji is characterized by a rich sweetness and a crisp finish.

Brewed with 'yellow koji' used in sweet potato sake, it is fermented at a low temperature, which is uncommon for shochu, further highlighting its fruity characteristics.
