Carefully dripped coffee has been rested to mature its flavor. This is a limited product with only 10 cups available per day. Café au lait is an additional 50 yen.
Nilgiri means 'blue mountain' in the local language. It is characterized by a bright light blue color and a smooth, mild flavor without any strong aftertaste. Approximately two cups are served in a pot. Iced version is an additional 50 yen.
