A broth made with 100% fish stock, using a carefully selected blend of three types of soy sauce. It offers a gentle flavor that allows you to savor the umami of the stock.
Using a double broth of fish stock and chicken bones, we concentrate the umami of clams and blend four types of salt into our original sauce. This is our signature menu item, competing in popularity with the tomato cream ramen.

It is a proud creation that pays attention to the ingredients, including fresh cream and sugar. *The black specks are Madagascar vanilla beans.*
