I was more than satisfied. The seafood sashimi was very fresh, and the assortment clearly conveyed the quality of the ingredients. The steak had a robust texture with the T-bone, while the fillet was moist, tender, and rich in flavor. The lobster soup had a delightful aroma from the shells, and I was pleased to find plump shrimp in it as well. The salad combining Okinawan vegetables, fruits, and cheese was also a perfect match and hard to stop eating. It was enjoyable to watch the cooking in the open kitchen in the spacious restaurant, and I could leisurely savor the calm resort-like atmosphere and attentive service.
