The lean meat is specially procured from a butcher in Munakata. The steak grilled on the teppan goes perfectly with our homemade shio koji (salt malt). The appetizers that go well with drinks, handmade salsiccia, and crispy toast for dessert are the hidden specialties at Ikoh. A moderately sinewy ribeye steak. It is a juicy meat different from red meat. It is also delicious with homemade shio koji and wasabi. Kinako pork, a Miyazaki brand pork, is also recommended as it goes well with Japonaisauce. The lean cut of Wagyu is grilled to perfection on a thick iron plate. It pairs exceptionally well with our homemade salt koji and carefully selected soy sauce.
Cooked at low temperature with herbs, approximately 400g per piece of chicken thigh. Finished off on a hot plate for a fragrant touch!
Miyazaki's kinako pork is light in fat and pairs well with Japanese sauce.
