Rice goes down the drain! Sake goes down the drain!　@Shinnagata | Delicious food and happiness! I came here for the first time! Shinnagata station! So this is where Tetsujin 28-go is located! We came to Shinnagata Shokudo located in Taisho-suji Shopping Street! Thank you for inviting us to the tasting! This restaurant's signature dish is "Teppan Miso-Yaki" (Teppan Miso Grill). Meat and vegetables grilled with homemade miso! I have a feeling I'm going to love it... I can't wait to see what kind of dish it is! I chose Coke as my drink of choice! It was so hot that day, wasn't it? I wanted to blow off the heat with a strong carbonated drink! So I chose a cola, which I usually don't drink. Senshu Mizunasu Eggplant They buy these directly from the farmers! What's more! It was served at the G20 just a few days ago! Three kinds of pickled eggplants: lightly pickled, pickled in salt, and pickled in mustard! They are very watery and totally different from the eggplants I've eaten elsewhere! They are not for sale, so if you want to try them, you'll have to come here! Extravagant platter: 3,480 yen On a large square griddle, cabbage, bean sprouts, meat, and plenty of miso paste! The meat is stir-fried while breaking up the vegetables. The miso is spread out like this to cook the meat evenly. The miso grilled on the griddle smells so good and fragrant! I can't wait for it to cook! I can't wait to eat it! It's ready! The miso is intertwined and it's so delicious! Before I tried it, I knew it would definitely be my favorite, but I love it just as I imagined! The sweetness, spiciness, and depth of the homemade miso is the strongest! This flavor goes so well with rice, it's hard not to have it on-the-rice! Junky flavor goes great with rice! The rice is also delicious rice, Koshihikari from Uonuma~! They say you can finish with either udon or soba, but I recommend the mix of udon and soba! Yes, it's done! It's ready! The delicious miso paste, vegetables, and meat are all added to this dish, making it even more delicious! The different thicknesses of the udon and soba noodles are well mixed together, making it a junky dish! I'm full, but I was told that there was one more recommendation, Kashimin-yaki! Kashimin-yaki is a dish from Senshu, isn't it? I had only heard of it, but I had never had it before! Kashimin-yaki is made of cabbage, chicken (chicken breast) and minced beef fat. When I tried it, I found it to be sticky, interesting, and delicious! It's like a Western-style yaki and I love it! For lunch, you can have it with rice and a small bowl for only 500 yen! What? Isn't that too cheap? Teppan Misoyaki is also only 3,480 yen for such a heaping pile! What's more, the meat is Kobe beef! I thought the quality of the meat was very good indeed! This is the kind of dish that makes me want to eat it every time I remember it, and I'm sure it will become a habit! Even as I write this, I wish I could eat it with rice! Once you try it, you will be addicted to it! Thank you for the food!
