A soba restaurant where you can savor the flavor of wasabi

As the name suggests, Takiguchi Wasabi Garden is a soba restaurant that puts wasabi in the spotlight. You can enjoy the experience of grating homemade wasabi to use as a condiment for your soba. The soba itself is simple yet perfectly complements the wasabi's flavor, filling your mouth with a refreshing aroma. The restaurant is spacious and offers a quiet, calming atmosphere where you can thoroughly enjoy the deep taste of wasabi.

This is a calm shop located in a quiet place. The charm lies in being able to enjoy the aroma of freshly grated wasabi right there. Grating from the stem enhances the sweetness, and when you place it directly on the soba without mixing it into the dipping sauce, the fragrance is well conveyed. Zaru soba with fresh wasabi and tororo soba are a perfect match. Wasabi inari and pickled stems in a vinegar solution are particularly good, providing a refreshing stimulation that can be enjoyed pleasantly afterward. The mellow sweetness of the pickled sake lees is also delicious, and there are pickled stems in vinegar available as souvenirs.
