Arboleda Carménère is a fine and silky wine that year after year presents elegant tannins in perfect balance with its fresh acidity. Its classic black fruits and balsamic notes come from exceptional fruits of high concentration from Las Vertientes Vineyard, where they undergo a long, slow ripening process. This complex wine achieves its great structure, rounded character and depth during its ageing in French oak barrels. This bright garnet-red Carménère presents a pleasing aromatic expression. It opens elegantly to reveal its spicy character of black fruits with delicate notes of chocolate. The elegant palate is underscored by delicious acidity, silky tannins, good balance and great depth, with flavours that recall spices, red bell pepper and red fruits.

Zaya Gran Reserva Rum is a blend of select Trinidadian rums, each of of which is crafted using virgin sugar cane harvested from the islands. Once the cane is pressed, the remaining juice is fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast before being distilled through a copper still. Following distillation, the rum is matured in medium-charred, white oak casks for a minimum of twelve years. Zaya Gran Reserva Rum has an aroma of smoked bananas, vanilla and baking spices. The aroma gives way to hints of mocha, dried fruits, nutmeg and maple syrup, which are well-balanced by notes of cinnamon, butterscotch and smoke. Arboleda Carménère is a fine and silky wine that year after year presents elegant tannins in perfect balance with its fresh acidity. Its classic black fruits and balsamic notes come from exceptional fruits of high concentration from Las Vertientes Vineyard, where they undergo a long, slow ripening process. This complex wine achieves its great structure, rounded character and depth during its ageing in French oak barrels. This bright garnet-red Carménère presents a pleasing aromatic expression. It opens elegantly to reveal its spicy character of black fruits with delicate notes of chocolate. Very pleasant entry, sweet character but at the same time with good acidity, thanks to very refreshing citrus notes. Good length and intensity, resulting in an enveloping, balanced, very pleasant wine.

This round and complex rum is matured between 5 to 17 years in American whiskey, bourbon and cognac casks. XO has been called the rum by which all other rums are measured.
Aromas: Notes of blackstrap molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut, and toffee with a subtle layer of ripe pineapple. Taste: Buttery upon entry and followed by sweet sugar cane, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisin and fig. The finish has a decadent dark chocolate character with brown sugar and smokiness with underlying oak notes.
Aromas of honey, tea, soft cardamom and figs. A sweet luxurious initial entry on the palate turns creamy vanilla, then dries to cola nut with some brown spices. Long rich oak finish reluctant to leave the palate. The youngest rum in this blend has been aged for 18 years in select American Oak Casks uncharted from Kentucky.

Zaya Gran Reserva Rum is a blend of select Trinidadian rums, each of of which is crafted using virgin sugar cane harvested from the islands. Once the cane is pressed, the remaining juice is fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast before being distilled through a copper still. Following distillation, the rum is matured in medium-charred, white oak casks for a minimum of twelve years. Zaya Gran Reserva Rum has an aroma of smoked bananas, vanilla and baking spices. The aroma gives way to hints of mocha, dried fruits, nutmeg and maple syrup, which are well-balanced by notes of cinnamon, butterscotch and smoke. The finish is long and deep, and ends with a touch of caramel. Nose : Rich and sweet caramel, vanilla, cocoa, banana. Palate : Vanilla, caramel cocoa, apples, bananas, cherry. Finish : Heavy, velvety, smooth.
