Upon entering the store, a Showa retro atmosphere wafts through, and just looking at the menu on the wall fills me with excitement. The raised seating and table seats are compactly arranged, creating a calm space to spend time. The soba noodles are slightly thicker but have a smooth texture that goes perfectly with the fragrant bonito broth. The tempura soba topped with large shrimp tempura and green pepper tempura has a firm batter that remains crispy until the end. While takeout is available, enjoying the freshly made dish in the store enhances the gentle flavor of the tororo soba. The katsudon, with its tender pork cutlet, is also a favorite, and the combination with soba leaves both my stomach and heart completely satisfied.
