Amazing Seafood Dashi Ramen Fresh Fish and Chicken Dashi Ramen Sawamura】Fujisawa 3.55★ on the food log Business hours: 11:00-14:30,17:30-21:00 Closed: Wednesday An acquaintance introduced me to this unusual Japanese-style ramen restaurant. It takes about 20 minutes from Fujisawa Station by bus. The parking lot has space for two cars. The exterior of the restaurant looks like a long-established shop, and it is hard to believe that it is a ramen shop. The inside of the restaurant is Japanese style, just like the image from the exterior. It is brightly lit and clean, giving a good impression. At first glance, I thought the owner was a chef. Ticket machine system. I was very interested in the chirashi-men, but decided to order the signature dish. The menu I ordered Fresh fish soup noodle soup 750 yen Rating ★★★★★★ The soup with sea bream broth was different from the ramen I usually eat, and I could feel a fresh flavor. I thought it was fresh and new. However, the soup is generally light, so if you like thick, heavy ramen, you may feel it is not enough. Tuna bowl 350 yen Rating ★★★★★★ I couldn't help but push the button when I saw a tuna bowl that I don't usually see at ramen shops. This tuna bowl was just as good as the price. The sauce was delicious. Next time, I will try chirashi-men with a lot of seafood. Thank you very much.
