3.1

The sashimi of yellowtail and amberjack is very fresh, and you can really taste the umami. The miso soup, enriched with fish stock, has a rich flavor that is comforting. The shrimp sashimi has a plump texture that brings a smile to your face. The simmered amberjack is cooked slowly, allowing you to enjoy its deep flavor. You can relax while gazing at Kinko Bay, making the meal even more enjoyable. The fried dishes and salt-grilled collar can also be savored little by little, providing a sense of satisfaction.
