Introduced in January 2010. A traditional ramen with a prominent soy sauce flavor. The noodles can be changed to flat noodles limited to 30 servings per day. The flat noodles have been improved to become even smoother and easier to swallow since September 2010.
Use a slightly thicker soy sauce dressing that enhances the sweetness of the added back fat. Choose between thin noodles with a good bite and medium-thick noodles with a chewy texture to enjoy. The soft chashu is thoroughly infused with flavor.
