The charm of creative udon tailored to the seasons

Udonya Daisaku is a restaurant where you can enjoy chewy and creative udon. The house-made katsuobushi broth enhances the surprisingly deep flavors, and the particularly popular dipping udon pairs excellently with the ingredients. The tempura is light and made with rice flour, allowing you to savor it fresh from the fryer. The self-serve sake selection is also impressive, making it a must-visit for udon lovers.

In a cozy shop centered around the counter, you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere. The noodles are made and boiled after you place your order, allowing you to fully enjoy the fresh aroma and elasticity. The transparent noodles are chewy, providing a unique texture that you can only find here. The freshly fried tempura includes a variety of ingredients such as shrimp, tomatoes, bell peppers, chicken, and mochi, making it visually exciting. With shiso leaves, lemon, and wasabi on top, and the addition of ginger and tenkasu available on the table, the variations in flavor are enjoyable. The udon reflects careful craftsmanship, and I am curious about the other dishes as well.
