Located in a building just a short walk from the station, as soon as you open the door, a calm, private room-like space unfolds. The specialty beef tongue shabu-shabu has a great texture and is infused with a rich, flavorful broth, making it the best. The service that allows you to compare the broth before and after adding bonito flakes is interesting and brings a smile to your face. The style of eating with olive oil and ponzu is unique, and with plenty of vegetables, it is very satisfying. Seasonal fresh fish, grilled chicken, tempura, and other a la carte dishes are also abundant, and I enjoyed them along with the selection of sake. The always-smiling staff provide attentive service, allowing you to spend a relaxed and pleasant time.
