Choujiya Kashiwa no Ha is a sophisticated Japanese-Western fusion restaurant located within a hotel in Kashiwa no Ha. Thanks to the chef's meticulous cooking and exquisite seasoning, the vegetable-centric dishes are all exceptional and capture the hearts of visitors. The calm atmosphere inside allows for a pleasant time, and the terrace seating surrounded by the greenery of the park is also a highlight, offering a chance to enjoy a meal while taking in the natural scenery.

You can spend a relaxing time in the calm space of the hotel. It was fun to choose from the appetizers, which included appealing options like turnip mousse and salmon. The sweet potato soup had a nice balance with the saltiness of the chips, enhancing its sweetness. For the main course, there were dishes like avocado pomodoro, fish dishes, and wine-braised pork belly, all of which were satisfying. The warm bread paired well with the anchovy butter, making it hard to stop eating. The dessert parfait was rich and left me feeling happy until the very end.

It is very enjoyable to be able to choose dishes served in colorful bowls. There are bite-sized side dishes lined up, and they look beautiful and exciting. I am happy that the buffet brings freshly made corn soup to each table. The tonjiru (pork miso soup) is full of ingredients, the balance of miso is just right, and it is very delicious. In the course, you can choose appetizers and main dishes, and you can also enjoy dishes like turnip mousse, avocado pomodoro, and fish dishes. The dessert, melon parfait, is rich even in the mousse inside, and you can be satisfied until the very end.
